Cooler jug will be Saratoga Race Course's first premium giveaway for guests Friday

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Race Course’s first premium giveaway will be waiting at the gates Friday.

Leading off: a 64-ounce red and white, Saratoga-branded cooler jug.

The mammoth sipper features “high-quality construction for maximum cold retention, a wide mouth screw-on cap for easy filling and cleaning and a flip top spout for smooth sipping on a hot summer day,” according to a track press release.

Fans with paid admission — season ticket and pass holders are not guaranteed a giveaway — will receive a coupon to bring to designated locations around the property to redeem their jug.

This is the first of four Friday premium giveaways at the track over the course of the 2023 meet. Dri-fit T-shirts, bucket hats and tote bags are the ones still to come.
